Solid option for logistics
I find CDEK reliable most of the time. Just had a small delay last month, but overall they do a great job. Price is fair and delivery times are decent.

Good service overall
I’ve used CDEK a couple of times for my business shipments. Mostly everything went smoothly, delivery was on time. Just once my package got delayed by a day because of some paperwork issues, but they were helpful in getting it sorted out.

Mostly good, but a few hiccups
CDEK has been good for my needs, but they messed up my delivery address once which caused a bit of confusion. Customer service helped, but I was a bit stressed during that time.
