Disappointed with customer service
Tried reaching out to customer service about my order issues and it took forever to get a response. Not what I thought considering the brand's reputation.

Not happy with the pillow
I got a Casper pillow but it's way too soft and doesn't support my neck properly. I wake up with pain. It’s disappointing, honestly.
