Mixed feelings
The buying process was quick but I felt a bit lost at times. They have a great selection, but customer service could be better. I had to wait on hold for a while to get some questions answered.

Mixed feelings about my order
I really liked the online process, but my car arrived with a few scratches that I wasn’t expecting. Customer service was decent; they offered to help, but still left me feeling a bit let down.
