Disappointing Experience
I was really excited to use CargoApp for my shipping needs, but they messed up my delivery without any proper updates. Customer service was unhelpful and took forever to respond. Wouldn't recommend.

Good service but room for improvement
I’ve used CargoApp a few times now. The prices are fair and my items usually get there on time. However, once they mixed up my packages which was kinda annoying. Overall I’m happy, just hope they tighten up their process.
