Frustrating interface
I often found glitches when trying to apply. The site just doesn't feel user-friendly. I ended up applying elsewhere because of this.

Awful customer service
I tried reaching out for assistance, but it took ages to get a reply. When I finally did, the advice was generic and unhelpful. Not impressed at all.
