Solid platform but needs some tweaks
Care.com has been helpful in finding a nanny for my kids. The profiles are detailed which helps in making decisions. Just wished the app would run a bit smoother sometimes, had a few crashes. Still recommend it though.

Good service, minor issues
I’ve been using Care.com for babysitting for a few months now. The selection of caregivers is great and I found a lovely sitter who my kids adore. Only downside was a couple of minor communication hiccups with the site. Otherwise, pretty satisfied!
