Twice now my packages have been delayed without any updates. I understand things can happen, but come on, a little communication would help.

Issues with delivery
I don’t like how often my mail gets delayed. I had a bunch of important documents that took way longer to arrive than they should have. Kind of disappointed.

Disappointing service
Used Canada Post for a delivery that was supposed to arrive in 3 days, but it took over a week. I tried contacting support and they were not very helpful. Not impressed.

Not reliable enough
Sent a package across the country and it got lost. I thought I’d at least get some info, but nope, just silence. I'm switching to another service next time.
