I ordered some protein powder, but it took longer to arrive than I expected. Customer service was decent but not super helpful. I feel like I’ve had better experiences elsewhere.

Mixed feelings about the service
I’ve ordered a few supplements from Bodybuilding.com. The shipping took longer than expected, which was frustrating. Products were good but support could be improved.

Decent but Needs Improvements
Bodybuilding.com is okay, but I've gotten mixed results. The products are fine, but I sometimes find it hard to navigate the website. Plus, a couple of things were out of stock when I wanted to buy. Not bad overall but could use some work.

Decent but not great
I’ve been using their supplements for a while. The quality is okay, but honestly, I’ve seen better prices on other sites. Not sure if I’ll keep buying from them.

I’ve had both good and bad experiences. Some products are great, but customer service could be improved. My last order had a missing item and I had to chase them for a response.
