Really disappointed
I bought a kitchen gadget, but it broke after a week. Tried to reach out for a refund but had a hard time getting a response. Not impressed at all.

Disappointed with service
I expected more from the customer service. They took too long to respond to my inquiry about my order and didn’t resolve the issue.

Not what I expected
I ordered a set of patio chairs and the quality was disappointing. They looked great online but felt really flimsy when they arrived. I guess you get what you pay for.
