I tried BeautyExpress for their facial service last month. The facial itself was actually pretty nice, my skin felt refreshed. But the staff seemed a bit distracted and not very welcoming. Plus, I had to wait almost 30 minutes past my appointment time. So yeah, not bad but could definitely use some improvement.

I’ve been using their hair growth serum for a month now and honestly, I haven’t seen much change. The smell is nice though. Customer service was friendly when I asked about my order, so that’s a plus.

BeautyExpress has some great items but my last order had a couple of products missing. Customer support was helpful; they promised to send the missing items, but it took a while. Not sure if I’ll order again.
