Good, but needs some improvements
I mostly enjoy Battle.net, but I think the friends list could use an update. Sometimes it’s hard to see who's online. Other than that, everything is fine.

Mixed feelings
Battle.net has its ups and downs. Sometimes the servers lag during peak hours, which can be frustrating. But when everything works well, it’s fantastic.

Disappointing customer service
Had an issue with a game purchase and contacting support was a nightmare. Took ages to get a response, and when I did, it was not helpful at all. Very disappointed.

Pretty Good, But a Little Cluttered
