Disappointed with the User Experience

I was really looking forward to using Basecamp, but the interface is just confusing. I couldn’t find basic features, and the support took ages to respond. I expected way more for the price.

Could be better

Not impressed

I was really hopeful for Basecamp, but after using it for a few months, I’m pretty disappointed. The layout is confusing, and I feel like there are better options out there.

Honestly, I expected more. The organization of tasks isn’t perfect, and the notifications can be overwhelming. I’ve had two frustrating experiences trying to get help from support, too.

Expected more

Was looking for an all-in-one tool. Basecamp is alright, but the project tracking is lackluster. I expected a bit more for the price I paid.

Not What I Hoped For

I thought Basecamp would make project management easier, but honestly, I found it to be pretty clunky. The mobile app is slow, and sometimes it just crashes. It needs a lot of improvement.

Room for improvement

I’ve had issues with customer support and some features not working as advertised. Not a fan of how slow it can be at times. Will be looking for alternatives.
