Disappointed with delivery
Ordered a book they claimed was in stock but it took forever to arrive. Customer service was okay but didn't offer much help. I expected better from a big store like this.

Mostly great, few hiccups
Barnes & Noble is awesome, but I did have an issue with a book that was damaged. The replacement process was a bit slow. Still, I love their vibe and will keep coming back!

Nice layout and seating options
