Disappointing service
I expected more from AVG. There have been several times I couldn't connect at all. Not happy with my purchase.

Disappointed Overall
I was really looking forward to having AVG as my security partner, but now I feel let down. The performance isn't consistent, which worries me since I rely heavily on a VPN for my privacy. Customer service didn’t help at all when I reached out for support regarding my continuous connection issues.

Not Impressed
Honestly, AVG could do better. The software bugs are annoying and I often have to restart it. It lacks the premium feel of other VPNs I've tried. I’ll probably switch once my subscription is up.

Could Be Better

Not Satisfied
The antivirus features seem decent, but the VPN is a joke. I couldn’t even access some of my favorite streaming services. I guess I’ll have to look for a better option since this one is a letdown.

Decent but has issues
Using AVG VPN for a few months now. It's okay, but sometimes the connection drops unexpectedly, which is frustrating. Not bad overall, but could be better.

Big letdown
I signed up for the AVG VPN after seeing some good reviews. Initially, I thought it was running smoothly, but then I hit issues with speed. It seriously slowed down my internet, which was frustrating especially while I was working from home. Plus, the lack of response from tech support when I reached out was just the cherry on top. Won't be renewing my subscription!

Disappointing customer support
I had issues with the billing and it took ages to reach someone. When I did, they barely offered help, just directed me to the website. Completely unhelpful!

Solid overall, but room for improvement
Overall, AVG does a good job at protecting my computer. The VPN speed is okay, but it could be faster. Just wish they had better customer support.

Mixed feelings
