Extremely Disappointed
I can't believe how bad my last visit was. They messed up my appointment and didn't even apologize. I felt like I was just a number to them. Definitely not coming back.

Terrible Experience!
I had the worst experience with AutoApp. My car was supposed to be ready in two days, but it took over a week! No one communicated why the delay happened, just left me in the dark. Never using them again.

Mixed Feelings
So, I gave AutoApp a try after hearing some good things. They did fix my car, but it took longer than expected. Communication was lacking. I think there's potential, but they really need to improve.
