It’s okay but could use some work
I was excited to try it, but had a few bugs that made playing annoying. I hope they fix those soon. It has potential but wasn't what I expected.

Could Use Work
ArenaUp is okay but it doesn’t always deliver. Some games felt buggy and the support took longer than I expected. Not a bad platform, just needs some tweaks.

It's okay for casual gaming
I played a few tournaments and the setup is alright. A bit of lag from time to time and the prize pool could be better. Some friends had good experiences though, so maybe it’s just me.

ArenaUp has a decent selection of games, but sometimes the tournaments feel a bit chaotic. I joined a few, and there were some technical issues that made it frustrating. It’s fine for casual play, just don’t expect everything to run smoothly.

Decent, But Not Wow

Not bad, but...
ArenaUp has some great games, but I found the customer support quite slow. I had an issue with my account that took too long to resolve. Mostly satisfied, but that needs work.

Not what I expected
I was super excited to try ArenaUp after hearing good things, but I found it kinda disappointing. Sometimes the servers lag, and I had to wait a bit longer than expected for my game to load. It's okay, but I expected better for the price.

The concept is great, but I feel like the execution is lacking. There were delays in the prize distribution in my last tournament. I still enjoy playing on this platform, just wish they’d sort out the backend.

I enjoy the game selection, but the matchmaking can be pretty uneven. Sometimes I get paired with much stronger players and it ruins the fun for me.
