I've been happy with American Express overall, the customer support is solid and rewards are decent. But I did notice there's a yearly fee that stings a bit. I might reconsider when it comes up again.

I’ve enjoyed my Amex card and the benefits, but I had a hiccup with a foreign transaction that took longer to resolve than expected. It’s a great card, but this little issue knocked it down a notch for me.
