Comfortable but could improve food

Mixed feelings

Pleasant trip

Nice flight, minor issues

Fantastic experience!

Disappointing experience
I had high hopes for American Airlines but my last flight was a mess. The plane was delayed for over an hour and nobody communicated anything. On top of that, my luggage didn’t arrive on time either. Not cool.

Perfect for business trips
I've flown with AA multiple times for work and they do a great job. The boarding process is pretty smooth and their lounges are nice. You feel taken care of, which helps a lot when traveling for business.
