Decent Enough
Overall, I think Allianz is decent, but there are definitely areas they could improve. The website could be more user-friendly for managing my policy.

Allianz was okay for basic coverage during my trip. The price was decent, but the customer service was a bit hit or miss. I've had better experiences with other companies.

I like some aspects of Allianz, but I've had some frustrating experiences with their customer support. Sometimes it feels like they don’t have all the info I need. It’s hit or miss.

Not bad, but not great either. I had to call support a few times and the wait times were pretty rough. The agents were polite, though, which was nice.
