I usually have a good experience on Alibaba. Found a good supplier for electronics, but their customer service could be more responsive. Sometimes messages take days to get answered.

Good deals but some issues
Found some great prices on home decor items. The shipping was decent, about 2 weeks. Only downside was one item was missing when it arrived, but customer service helped me sort it out pretty quickly.
