Great Service but Some Delays
Overall, my trip was very good with Air Canada. The inflight service was excellent and the food was decent too. Just had a couple of delays during boarding that were a bit annoying.

Good service, minor issues
I had a good experience overall but my suitcase was a bit delayed when I arrived. Other than that, the flight was good.

Almost Perfect!
Had a pretty good flight overall, just a tiny bit of turbulence. Boarding was smooth and my luggage arrived with no issues. Will fly with them again.

Comfortable flight experience
The seating was comfy and I had enough legroom, which is sometimes a gamble with airlines. The crew ensured we were well taken care of, plus they were really friendly. Will definitely choose again!

Good, but could be better

Good, but Room for Improvement
I booked a flight to London with Air Canada, and I have to say, the check-in process was really efficient, which I appreciated. The flight itself was fine, and the entertainment was good. However, I faced a delay in receiving my luggage upon arrival, which was frustrating. I felt like they handled the situation well, but it still left me annoyed.

Pretty decent overall
Had a good flight to Toronto, but the food could use a bit of work. It was decent, but I was expecting something tastier. Other than that, everything was alright.

Decent Flight
My flight to Mexico went pretty well. The crew was nice and helpful when I needed assistance with my carry-on. Just wish the boarding process was a bit quicker.

Solid Service
Air Canada delivers a solid service. The flight was decent, and the snacks were surprisingly good! Only problem was a slight delay at the gate which was a bit annoying.

Not bad at all!
I’ve taken Air Canada a few times and generally happy with the service. On-time flights and decent prices. Just wish they had more legroom.

Good but Not Exceptional
I recently traveled with Air Canada, flying from Toronto to Paris. Check-in was easy, and the staff were polite. However, my seat had some issues with the recline and the entertainment system was a bit glitchy, which took away from my experience. I expected a little more comfort for the price I paid.

Very satisfied

Nice but a few hiccups
My flight was delayed both ways, which was frustrating. I got lucky with a decent seat, but the wait at the gate was annoying. Customer service was helpful when I reached out for updates though.

Good service but could improve
Flew Air Canada for my trip to Vancouver. The check-in process was smooth and the staff at the airport were helpful. However, the flight was delayed by an hour and communication about it could’ve been better. Overall, a good experience but there’s room for improvement.
