Mixed feelings
I appreciate the idea behind Affirm, but my last transaction was confusing and it took longer than I expected to finalize it. Not terrible, just not great.

I think Affirm is okay. Payments are manageable but I had a confusing moment with customer service. They did help eventually, but it took longer than expected.

I think Affirm works well but I had a couple of hiccups with payment processing. It wasn’t a total disaster but definitely could be smoother. Not sure if I’d recommend it full-on.
