I have Aetna for my health insurance and I gotta say, it's been mostly smooth sailing. The only hiccup was when I had to wait a bit longer for my referral. But their customer service is super helpful. Overall, I'm happy.

I’ve been with Aetna for a few years now and overall, I’m pretty happy. Their coverage options are solid and I got a good rate for my health plan. However, I did have a couple of claims that took way too long to process. Customer service was helpful but I wish the response time was a bit better. Still, I can recommend them.
