I stayed at an Accor hotel last month. The room was fine but the check-in process took too long and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it could’ve been smoother.

I booked a last-minute stay and it was okay. The location was great, but the room needed some updates. It was clean and the staff was nice but I expected a bit more.

Decent but with Issues
The hotel itself was nice, but had some hiccups. Check-in took forever and my room wasn’t ready. Once we got in it was okay. Just wish service was a bit faster.

Mixed feelings
I stayed at an Accor hotel for a conference. The room was small and the A/C didn’t work well. On the flip side, the staff were helpful. Just okay overall, nothing wow.
