Not what I expected
I had high hopes based on reviews, but it has several quirks. The auto-fill function fails sometimes, which is frustrating. I will give it another shot, though.

Mixed feelings
1Password has great security features, but I didn't like how the customer support took time to respond when I had issues. I feel like they need to work on speed and responsiveness.

Decent but not great
I signed up for 1Password because of the hype, but honestly, it wasn't as intuitive as I expected. Found myself struggling a bit with the vault organization. It’s okay, but I think I’ll try something else.
